Blac Chyna is Involved in Yet Another Lawsuit
The reality star/rapper is now facing charges surrounding photo rights.
TMZ reported that Chyna is being sued by photo agency, FameFlynet, for posting a photo of herself, Rob Kardashian, and her son, King Cairo. She posted the photo to her personal Instagram account and didn’t give the agency any photo credit.
The picture is reported to be legitimately licensed ad posted by several media outlets in December of 2016.
The photo the agency is referring to has since been deleted, but they claim that a photo of her and King Cairo is still on her social media and they want her to hand over the profits she generated from the picture.
Chyna’s legal team has yet to comment on whether or not this case will be taken to court.
Currently, Blac Chyna is working on a studio album with some big names rumored to be attached to it. Rappers like Yo Gotti, Tory Lanez, Rae Sremmurd’s Swae Lee and Joe Budden are said to be involved.
The reality star explained that she wants her first album to properly reflect her sound.
“I want to make music that, like, reflects me,” she said. “What’s going on at that present time. You know, it’s kind of like a movie, how I’m looking at it.” She even said she uses her studio sessions as a therapeutic release from the craziness of the media.
“So if this is happening right now, I want to speak on it right then and there,” she added. “But at the same time, I want it to be timeless.”
Maybe Blac Chyna’s new album will showcase all the hard work she put into it and secure her a spot in the elusive hip-hop community. Or maybe her tunes will give an even closer glimpse into her personal life and reveal whether she’s in a relationship with Playboi Carti. The two looked really cozy in a recent social post, and the rumors are flying.
